 Seeing the world through someone else’s eyes for a change is  a luxury, but being allowed to share your field of vision with someone else is arguably even more precious.
This is the focal point of the music and especially the lyrics of Jp Asplund, a 23 years old singer/songwriter born in Sweden in a Finnish family, with a high school diploma from the English High School in Stockholm.
After composing and writing the words to a single acoustic track while sitting outside work playing a guitar, the music kept coming and a few of these songs have now been recorded with an amazing band of joyful mercenaries, (Somebody Else’s Problem) creating a musical odyssey which gazes across the entire world through the prism of mostly north European melodies and harmonies. It is all tied together with intricate but simplistic rhythmical patterns with influences from all around the globe, making this a musical project which finds a balance of sounds never before heard, timeless and contemporary all at once.
