Jerry de Sario ha studiato composizione elettronica presso il conservatorio G. Verdi di Milano, flauto traverso, sassofono e percussioni etniche.
Ha fatto parte della "Treves blues band" registrando il primo disco del gruppo, inoltre ha composto musiche per: la compagnia teatrale "La selva"; opere di B. Brecht; Gandalf Theatre Company; Spettacolo sull'acqua; Girovago e Rondella Family Theatre con rappresentazioni in Italia e all'estero. Ha realizzato colonne sonore per immagini, danza e performance multimediali.
Interessato alle possibilità terapeutiche del suono, propone attualmente seminari di musicoterapia finalizzati al benessere psicofisico. Ha lavorato all'interno di un progetto di arte terapia presso l'ospedale psichiatrico P.Pini di Milano, insegnato musica nelle scuole medie e tenuto spettacoli per la scuola di didattica musicale C.E.M.B.
Ha pubblicato: "Il cerchio dell'iride","Forme solari" e "Mare Magico":tre produzioni indipendenti; "Lotus Dream", musica strumentale e il più recente "World Bazar" di matrice etnica.
Si esibisce dal vivo con un proprio gruppo: "Jerry de Sario Circle".
Jerry de Sario has studied electronic composition in Milan's Conservatory "Giuseppe Verdi" and has studied flute, sax and ethnic percussions as well.
Former member of the "Treves blues band" (quite famous in Italy), Jerry has composed music for many theatrical companies ("La selva", "Gandalf Theatre Company", "Rondella Family Theatre") and his compositions have been performed in Italy and in many foreign countries.
De Sario works on the music therapy field as well, and he has produced his own method that he teaches in private workshops.
"World bazar" is his latest musical production, released by Ethnoworld label, in which Jerry explores the ethnic fields of sound and harmony; the music of the cd is performed live by his band "Jerry de Sario Circle".
